We are a small, family run business and make every effort to provide full descriptions of our items of clothing to ensure total satisfaction upon receipt. However, if in the unlikely event you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
If the ambod item received is not as described on our website and you wish to return it, you have 7 calendar days from the date you received it to let us know.
To be eligible, you must email us first to explain why you wish to return your purchase. Please supply:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Quick description of what’s happened
- A clear photograph showing the issue
If your return is approved, we will invite you to send it back to us along with the receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them and they must be in the original packaging.
Once we receive these, we will immediately initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit ASAP depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item.
